Requirements:
- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in managing or setting up day care facilities.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and care practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child safety protocols, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and implement a structured, age-appropriate curriculum and daycare program.
- Oversee the setup, launch, and daily operations of the daycare facility.
- Recruit, train, and supervise day care staff, ensuring a caring and professional team.
- Manage daily schedules, child activities, and well-being tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Foster strong relationships with parents through effective communication and regular updates.
- Maintain detailed records of childrens progress, attendance, incidents, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR/Admin) to ensure resource alignment.
