Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 5+ years of experience, ideally in consultancy or multi-client environments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both manual and automation testing, capable of handling complex testing scenarios across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Cypress
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
  • Document test plans, write detailed bug reports, and ensure traceability
  • Support UAT processes and communicate results with internal and client stakeholders
  • Contribute to improving QA practices and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA (preferably in consultancy settings)
  • Solid experience in both manual and automation testing
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestNG, Jenkins
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, STLC
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage testing for multiple clients/projects

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with API testing and performance testing (e.g., JMeter)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git)
