Lead Warehouse & Stores

Job Purpose:

• The AM Stores is responsible for all warehouse operations activities including issuance and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of inventory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining control over the volume of Raw and Packing Material.
• Prepare Capex, rental and transportation budget of stores
• Responsible for HSE, GWP, ISO and BRC compliance in stores
• Coordinates cycle counting of materials and reconciliation of actual inventories vs. system´s records.
• Coordinate with the Logistic team for timely movement of stocks.
• Managing multi-step process of arrival-to-production Materials Movement at various locations (in-house and outsourced).
• Assist in cost saving / operation management projects
• Manage receiving of raw / packaging and Semi Finished stocks for production.
• Manage Issuance of raw / packaging and semi finished stock for production.
• Monitor Operations of Packaging Material (PMS), Raw Material Stores (RMS) and Semi finished (SFG).
• Ensure System entries in SAP related to all store levels.
• HSE / GWP and ISO compliance in stores.
• Ensure periodic stock counts are conducted effectively.
• Timely Processing of adjustment challans in SAP.
• Ensure batch management on all RM/Semi Finished and PM stores.
• Ensuring storage equipment for inhouse stores are fully functional/operational and coordinating with Maintenance team for periodic inspection.
• Daily sharing of stock and transaction reports with 3pl warehouses and timely resolving any discrepancies encountered.
• Ensuring compliance of P2P for 3PL invoicing.
• Conducting various trainings with team to minimize wastages/losses.
• Review and share aging report of RM/PM and SFG with relevant stake holders and get liquidation plan so write off can be avoided.
• Coordinate with auditors and timely resolve all audit observations (if any).
• Present monthly KPI to Logistic Manager

• 4-6 years of experience.
