Learning & Development Manager - Hub

• Drives the process of orientation in driving the Taj Swagat process

• Responsible for the completion of mandatory online modules by all the associates

• Ensures the completion of skill certification process for all front line associates.

• Responsible for identifying training needs on the basis of information through various channels.

• Prepares the training calendar.

• Drives the Hotelier development program, Hotel operations training program, Virtual assessment centre reports etc.

*Monitors grooming and hygiene levels of the employees through various initiatives specific to the hotels.

*Liases with various hotel management institutes, graduate colleges & business schools for campus recruitment, Internship, Industrial exposure training, Vocational training, assistance during outdoor caterings, guest lectures etc.,

*Instrmental in the selection process of Industrial exposure trainees.

*Prepares reports and analyses the findings and action plan of various process related audits.

*Assists Learning & Development Manager to draw training schedule & share the same with departments concerned on a monthly basis.

*Coordinates with departments for conducting periodic appraisals.

*Verifies the attendance of the trainees and authorises the stipend.

*Communicates with the Institute concerned for escalation / communication in case of termination of training due to discplinary issues.

*Assists in resolving grievances.

*Authorises the training completion certificate.
