About Us
Mall of Central Square is a landmark mixed-use development in DHA Multan, offering premium retail, commercial, and lifestyle spaces. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on attracting, negotiating, and managing leases with leading retail, F&B, and commercial tenants to ensure the long-term success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Identify and approach potential tenants, focusing on premium brands and businesses.
- Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both tenants and the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance tenant mix and customer experience.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in leasing, real estate management, or commercial property sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of closing leasing deals with reputable tenants.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, particularly retail and commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or property management software will be an added advantage.
