  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with LMP partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations of delivery partners, including deliveries, returns, backlogs, and KPI performance tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deposits of all financials (CODs, collections, etc.).
  • Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations to ensure data and financial accuracy.
  • Monitor partner compliance and ensure adherence to Daraz’s operational and ethical standards.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Support new partner onboarding and training as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or delivery operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge about the finance, reconciliations etc.
