Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements using both low-code and high-code methods (e.g., Python).

• Handle data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and transformation, ensuring proper data representation for effective machine learning models.

• Run tests and experiments, analyze results, fine-tune models, and retrain systems as needed to improve functionality and performance.

• Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and support the shift towards Intelligent Automation (IA) and continuous upskilling.

• Utilize strong analytical skills, mathematical and statistical knowledge to solve complex problems, innovate in AI/ML frameworks, and extend existing libraries.

Primary Skills

• Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and related tools.
• Proficient in data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation for ML applications.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks, algorithms , and statistical analysis .
• Skilled in software development , with experience in R, .Net, Java , and Groovy .
