Manager, Account Management

We are looking for an Account Manager for Mastercard in Pakistan to support our business development strategy with Banking, FinTech & Telco ecosystem partners, through establishing and developing deep relationships, identifying opportunities and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about payments, possesses expertise in card product management, acceptance, digital payments, and e-commerce, and will be energized to accelerate Mastercard’s partnership with clients within the payments ecosystem. They will have a focus on delivering Pakistan’s business objective, a great client experience, being highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset

In This Customer Facing Position, You Will

  • Work with banking, FinTech and telco partners to identify business growth opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
  • Expand your business portfolio with various Mastercard products and solutions.
  • Take responsibility for driving revenue.
  • Work with wider Mastercard teams and your customer, translating initiatives into actionable outcomes.
  • As the primary contact for Mastercard, provide an exemplary high level of customer experience for partners.




3-All About You

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should

  • Be well-versed in Pakistan’s banking, payments and digital financial services ecosystem
  • Experienced in payments business, i.e. cards, e-commerce, acceptance, etc
  • Have a knack for relationship management, provide work-class customer experience to our partners and articulate solutions in a clear manner.
  • Have financial and analytical acumen, understanding key drivers for growth.
  • Collaborative and team mindset, working with both partners and own teams.
