Role Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year business plans using both traditional financial models and AI-enhanced forecasting techniques.
• Build and maintain advanced scenario and stress-testing models to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Translate corporate strategy into measurable KPIs and predictive performance indicators.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for demand forecasting, revenue prediction, churn analysis, and capacity planning.
• Apply time-series forecasting, regression, classification, and clustering techniques to improve planning accuracy.
• Continuously validate, retrain, and optimize ML models based on actual performance and evolving business conditions.
• Interpret AI/ML outputs and convert them into actionable business recommendations for senior management.
• Develop executive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) integrated with AI-driven insights.
• Perform deep-dive analytics to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization levers, and operational inefficiencies.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment between BI outputs and planning models.
• Conduct revenue, margin, and profitability analysis across products, channels, and regions.
• Monitor plan vs. actual performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and ML libraries to build analytical and forecasting models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, including transactional, network, and customer data.
• Present AI-driven insights, assumptions, and risks clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure transparency, explainability, and governance of AI/ML models used in business planning.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or MBA is strongly preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in Business Planning, Advanced Analytics, BI, or Strategy roles.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML models in forecasting, planning, or commercial decision-making.
• Prior exposure to telecom, technology, fintech, or large-scale data environments is an advantage.
