Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Manager ERP to join our team in Lahore. As a Manager ERP, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our ERP system's performance and functionality. You should have a strong background in ERP systems, preferably with exposure to Odoo and Oracle, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

- Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules to align with business processes.

- Perform thorough testing of ERP functionality to ensure proper implementation and integration.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working closely with technical teams if necessary.

- Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system.

- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to implement and optimize ERP solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and functionality.

- Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and management.

- Strong proficiency in Odoo and Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.

- Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems.

- Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Prior experience in training end-users on ERP functionality.

- Relevant certifications in ERP systems would be a plus.
