Job Profile

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients to establish and nurture relationships.
• Research potential leads using business directories, web searches, and other digital resources.
• Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
• Present and deliver information effectively to potential clients, addressing inquiries in follow-ups.
• Conduct effective online demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Create and maintain an organized database of prospect clients.
• Accomplish department and organizational goals by identifying and exploring new opportunities to add value.

• Proven experience of 5 years plus in a sales management role, preferably in an Inside Sales environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and digital resources for lead management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
