Job Profile
Key Responsibilities:- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients to establish and nurture relationships.
- Research potential leads using business directories, web searches, and other digital resources.
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
- Present and deliver information effectively to potential clients, addressing inquiries in follow-ups.
- Conduct effective online demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Create and maintain an organized database of prospect clients.
- Accomplish department and organizational goals by identifying and exploring new opportunities to add value.
- Proven experience of 5 years plus in a sales management role, preferably in an Inside Sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and digital resources for lead management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Tools Required:- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
- Communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Analytical tools for sales reporting and data analysis.
