This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize AI to streamline customer interactions, providing personalized check-ins and analyzing feedback for improved communication.
- Drive product engagement by offering AI-powered recommendations and virtual assistance to personalize user experiences.
- Focus on growth by optimizing customer success strategies to enhance upsell opportunities and minimize churn.
- Generating new customer leads
- Managing technical support issues
- Developing new products
- Boost customer retention and engagement by using AI to foresee customer needs, personalize interactions, and identify upselling opportunities.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success within the B2B software sector
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard
