As a Manager for Sourcing & Procurement at B. Braun you will be focusing on Indirect Procurement, where you will play a vital role to lead and enhance our procurement function. This newly created role is pivotal in streamlining and standardizing sourcing and procurement processes across the organization, with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and authorities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Standardize procurement processes and establish clear governance and authority matrices.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage vendor performance metrics.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives in procurement systems and tools.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage change.
