This job is with a leading pharmaceutical company seeking a seasoned Supply Chain leader to own end-to-end SCM operationsdriving service levels, cost efficiency, and compliance across procurement, planning, warehousing, and distribution.

- Lead end-to-end supply chain: demand & supply planning (S&OP), procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution/last-mile.
- Optimize inventory health (DOH, safety stock, slow/obsolete control) and service KPIs (OTIF, fill rate).
- Manage vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure GDP/cold-chain, QA, and regulatory compliance across the network.
- Implement and improve ERP/SCM processes (e.g., SAP/Oracle), dashboards, and reports for leadership.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing SCM team; drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QA, Finance, and Sales to deliver business goals.
- MBA in Supply Chain (or equivalent); relevant certifications (APICS/CSCP, CIPS) are a plus.
- At least 10+ years of hands-on supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record in S&OP, procurement, and distribution within regulated environments.
- Strong command of ERP/analytics tools and KPI management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Final title (Manager vs. Senior Manager) will align with experience and demonstrated leadership scope.
