Market Researcher

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Market Researcher to join Dobby – a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving coffee machine distributors. You will play a key role in driving our commercial pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll be responsible for researching target markets, mapping relevant companies and decision-makers, and enriching our HubSpot CRM with accurate, actionable data that enables effective outreach and campaign targeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies that fit Dobby’s ICP across European, Asian and American markets.
• Map key decision-makers (e.g. Service Managers, Operations Directors, or CEOs) with verified contact information.
• Collect and structure company intelligence – size, location, customer offering, coffee machine brands handled, etc.
• Maintain and enrich HubSpot contact lists with complete and reliable data.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to refine targeting criteria and segmentation.
• Evaluate, test, and recommend tools and data sources to improve research efficiency and data quality.
• Support outbound campaigns with insights that increase relevance and conversion.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in market research, data sourcing, or sales operations for B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation workflows and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Proven experience using data research tools (e.g. Apollo.io, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar).
• Analytical mindset – ability to distinguish high-quality prospects from noise.
• Comfortable working independently and iterating processes in a scaling environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot data automation, enrichment APIs, or workflow tools (e.g. Zapier, Clay, or Notion).
