Marketing and Sales Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of lead and campaign information.
• Monitor and organize campaign responses across email, SMS, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain, update, and clean campaign tracking sheets and CRM logs regularly.
• Data Extraction through tools
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on campaign performance data.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize operational workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (marketing experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and quality.
