Summary

Phaedra Solutions is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive with a strong background in product marketing, content and SEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in marketing, preferably within startup environments, and will be familiar with marketing practices that drive growth. Experience in product launches is a plus but not a primary requirement. The role involves creating effective marketing campaigns and driving results to grow brand presence and product awareness.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are include but not limited to

  • Develop and implement various marketing strategies for products, ensuring they are effectively communicated to target audiences.
  • Use on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance product visibility.
  • Manage offline & digital campaigns, social media promotions, email marketing, and content creation and other possible techniques to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Work with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all marketing efforts.
  • Conduct industry analysis, track competitors, and gain insights into customer needs to adjust marketing strategies.
  • Develop content that resonates with customers, including blog posts, case studies, product descriptions, and website copy.
  • Use analytics to assess the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to various aspects of the marketing process.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.


Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM and email automation platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with design teams to produce marketing materials.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to drive traffic and optimize digital presence.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions that improve marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create compelling content while paying attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Paid Search campaigns.


Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS based startup or similar fast-paced environment.
