Starting in Summers 2025, you will spend 6-12 weeks training and working on real media campaigns/projects alongside media experts.

From day one, you will be immersed into GroupM and our work culture and learn how we make advertising work better for people.

What to expect:

You will be in an extensive media internship program for 6-12 weeks in designated departments. However, you will be able to get a gist of every segment on the go.

What your Day looks like at GroupM:

  • Provide support in media proposals
  • Optimize, manage & report on campaign performance
  • Ensure smooth campaign implementation - from processing the bookings for an approved media plan, to putting together a copy call, to following up to ensure that materials are delivered on time and to specifications.
  • Provide support in emerging media technology, new business, corporate processes and initiatives

Who are we looking for?

  • Students doing their bachelors in marketing/media sciences/digital/statistics/sales backgrounds and are currently in their second last semesters.

What you’ll bring:

  • Studies in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, and/or Mathematics, Statistics preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Great knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Eager to learn more about media planning & media industry

Interview process:

First Round:

Upon application – the undergrad will receive a screening call from the GroupM PK Talent Acquisition Team

Second Round:

Panel Interviews with the Business Managers

Final Round:

Reference Checks from fellow colleagues and professors
