Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified MB-800 Functional Consultant Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and consultancy services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop course materials and curricula for training programs.
  • Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants and trainers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Specific software knowledge required:
    • Familiarity with ISV solutions and their integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Experience with popular ISV products such as Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, and Tasklet Factory.
    • Understanding of ISV compliance and compatibility standards.
  • Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Knowledge of additional ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to create interactive and multimedia training materials.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
