We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and spearhead our efforts to drive brand growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.

Core Hours & Benefits:

  • Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time
  • Base Salary: $1000 monthly depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares
  • Additional Benefits: Equipment Funds, Health Coverage, Paid Holidays & Leave Days
  • Location: Pakistan (Remote)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute diverse marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee and update the company website to ensure it aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize effective Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other content that attracts and engages a qualified audience.
  • Analyze marketing data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong experience in content creation, content strategies and SEO
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Proven experience in Google Ads
  • Experience with affiliate marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with tech or start-up companies is a must
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
