Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer (L2/L3 Support)

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and automation. The position requires availability for weekend on-call support and handling critical issue escalations when necessary.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient, reliable deployments.
• Implement security best practices across cloud environments to safeguard infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth operations and optimized processes.
• Provide weekend on-call support and handle critical incident escalations when necessary.
  

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP (experience with Azure is a plus).
• Expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, scripting (Python, Bash), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, monitoring, compliance, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset toward infrastructure and security.
