Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's information systems, databases, and software
  
  

applications; consolidate data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely reports

• Analyze, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity; design and maintain
  
  

databases for efficient data storage and retrieval

• Implement data management systems to uphold data accuracy and integrity
• Develop data visualization dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
• Establish and enforce processes and procedures to safeguard data security and privacy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational and departmental
  
  

requirements, proposing and implementing effective solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SaaS sales/conversion data and information
• Stay abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, data, and technologies to suggest process
  
  

enhancements and improvements

• Provide input, training, and ongoing support to the sales team or end-users on software
  
  

applications

Requirements

• A self-starter with the ability to independently research domain knowledge across different
  
  

industries to enhance workflow efficiency

• Highly organized, proficient in managing large datasets and crucial information repositories
• Practical experience with various software applications; preference given to candidates familiar
  
  

with HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Excel, AirCall, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and AI applications

• Attention to detail with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
