We are seeking an experienced .NET Core Backend Developer who is well-versed with Microsoft ecosystem, backend architecture, API development, and SharePoint integration.

  • Key Responsibilities:Redevelop and refactor legacy .NET Framework backend to .NET Core (latest stable version).
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Online.
  • Implement backend support for document tagging, AI-based workflow creation, and ETL pipelines.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and SharePoint teams to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions.
  • Design database schema and optimize SQL Server queries for high efficiency.
  • Handle secure authentication using OAuth2 / Azure AD.
  • Develop reusable backend components, services, and workflow engines.
  • Build and maintain clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend performance, integration, and scalability.
  • Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience with C# and .NET technologies.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core (6/7/8) for web APIs.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Online REST API.
  • Proficient with SQL Server, stored procedures, query optimization, and indexing.
  • Experience developing secure RESTful APIs with OAuth2 / Azure AD authentication.
  • Experience with document management systems, workflow engines, or ERP integrations is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of ETL pipelines and ability to design backend processes for data transformation.
  • Familiarity with AI workflow automation, such as using LLMs, Azure Cognitive Services, or Logic Apps.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, or Containerized Deployments.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Logic Apps, or AI-based document processing.
  • Exposure to frontend integration using React, Angular, or modern SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
  • Experience working with Agile tools like GitHub, DevOps pipelines, etc.
