Network Security Engineer

HR Force International is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect our network infrastructure and data systems from cyber threats.

• Design and implement network security architecture to safeguard the organization's assets
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and potential security breaches using advanced security tools
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and resolve security risks
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for network security
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration and integration of network devices
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security solutions effectively
• Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in network security or a related field
• Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and security technologies
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN technology
• Knowledge of network security frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
