Company Description:

Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.Perform routine monitoring and manage the maintenance of network infrastructure.

Job Description:

Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.

Carry out the configuration of the various network element to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirements.

Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Create designs for digital media, such as websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and impactful.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and designs.
