Network & System Support Engineer

Sanaullah & Co., a leading name in tax, corporate, and financial consultancy with 15+ years of excellence, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Network & System Support Engineer to oversee the integrity, performance, and security of IT infrastructure. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of servers, networks, systems, and endpoints across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Network and Systems Management:

• Manage and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular backups, and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and VPNs.
  
  

Security And Compliance

• Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external regulatory standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and vulnerability assessments.
  
  

Technical Support And Troubleshooting

• Provide level 2/3 support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print servers, and email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365).
• Handle escalated technical issues, ensure SLA adherence, and provide root cause analysis.
  
  

Infrastructure Planning And Optimization

• Evaluate new hardware/software technologies for potential implementation.
• Optimize existing systems for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Document architecture diagrams, procedures, and system configurations.
  
  

Team Leadership And Collaboration

• Guide and mentor junior IT support staff.
• Collaborate with application teams and ERP developers to ensure infrastructure alignment.
• Participate in project planning and system upgrades with cross-functional teams.
