Description

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with a strong background in Odoo core development and a solid understanding of functional business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Developing, Customizing, Implementation, and deploying Odoo applications. As a Mid to Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Odoo modules and features that align with our business needs.

Responsibilities

Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, adhering to Odoo best practices.
• Customize existing Odoo modules and build new ones as needed.
  
  

Integration & Migration

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs.
• Manage data migration and implement data synchronization processes between Odoo and other systems.
  
  

Technical Support

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
• Ensure high availability and performance of Odoo systems.
  
  

Functional Knowledge

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide functional training and support to end-users.
  
  

Testing & Documentation

• Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Proven experience in working with Odoo core and a deep understanding of its framework.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and experience with the Odoo framework.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, Workflows, and Business Processes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  
  

Functional Skills

• Solid functional knowledge of various Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Ability to map business processes to Odoo functionalities.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management and leadership experience is a plus.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Experience in deploying Odoo on-prem and Odoo.sh
