Role Overview

As an Operations Associate, you will support administrative operations, documentation workflows, and cross-functional coordination. You will maintain critical operational records, streamline internal processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality administrative support for both internal teams and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative operations, workflow coordination, and task management.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and operational records.
• Support internal teams by coordinating schedules, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
• Help develop and update internal operational systems, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Track KPIs, deadlines, and project milestones while providing administrative support on special projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to support and improve administrative workflows.
• Familiarity with productivity, CRM, or project management tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
