Our client is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to support and enhance operational activities in the Karachi office, focusing on coordination with clients and shipping lines in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operational processes and client communication.
- Track shipments and help resolve issues.
- Support the operations team in process optimization.
- Maintain records of operational activities.
- Set up minimum price and knowledge of pricing strategy
- Assist in preparing reports on key metrics.
- Help identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Support department efficiency with ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in operations or related fields.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some exposure to or interest in the Canadian market.
