As Leya continues growing fast, we're looking for an exceptional person passionate to work on Operations to help us grow even faster. We know that Operations means nothing concrete so we want to be specific:

Fundraising outreach data handling and automation

Automations for all kind of tasks and projects 

ChatGPT or similar LLMs integrations into creative, talent and product processes

Any other ops task 

… that’s what we call Ops.

We don’t expect you to know it all, but we expect you to be a passionate and quick learner. Though, we must warn you - it will be bloody difficult. We are an early stage startup where risky yet calculated decisions have to be executed meticulously to win big or lose it all. If that’s what drives you, you’ll thrive.

Our hierarchy is as flat as a pancake, so you will work directly with the founders and other founding teammates!

The Role

Our most important focus right now is the upcoming fundraising round. As the Operations Specialist, you will own the fundraising pipeline from start to the initial meetings with potential investors, ensuring we connect with the most relevant VCs globally. Also, with the help of AI and smart tools, you will automate processes within Leya, ultimately transforming how the team works on a daily basis, making us even more effective.

In this role, you will:

Manage fundraising outreach: Own and maintain an already functioning system for reaching out to VCs. Your tasks will include scraping VC lists, using AI & other tools to qualify them, then extracting and scraping leads from ideal VCs. You will construct and maintain outreach campaigns to connect with the best VC partners worldwide. As an Operations Specialist, you will also analyze this process and constantly improve it. 

Implement AI and different tools: Integrate tools and AI systems (e.g. OpenAI or other LLMs) to create frameworks that enhance the work of the Leya AI team in various areas, from ad creatives to product development and customer success topics. AI has the power to 10x our velocity, but in this task, it’s ultimately worthless without you.

HUGE P.S.: no coding skills required, we currently do this without knowing coding :) 

Handle ad-hoc admin and operational tasks: You (or AI!) will take care of other important tasks that help us to speed up the work process. Such as, create simple yet understandable & impactful data visualizations to use key data to support Leya AI marketing, talent acquisition, fundraising, and other strategic efforts.

Bring new ideas to the table: Keep your eyes wide open and share your ideas to optimize our operations. We trust that a master of many hats like you will notice both the small and big opportunities all around. 

Must-haves:

• Ability to prioritize and solve complex problems with agility and a 'Lean Startup' mindset. 
• A "get things done" attitude in everything you do.
• Demonstrated success in multiple projects designing and implementing automated workflows and optimizing processes using no-code or low-code platforms such as but not limited to Zapier, Make, and n8n, or scripting tools like Google Apps Script. You bring diverse experience in leveraging LLMs for advanced automation solutions. 
• Proficiency in advanced data handling tasks, seamlessly navigating everything from automated data scraping and validation to leveraging data in subsequent processes, such as designing and implementing automated workflows. For these tasks, you use Google Sheets, Excel, or other relevant platforms, and are proficient in integrating them with other tools.
• Proof of ability to learn new things fast and apply them to practice!

Advantages (but these are not a must!): 

• Previous experience in at least one project in building successfully automated processes for lead generation & personalised outreach. 
• Proven data analytics skills working with various projects using SQL, building dashboards with Google Looker Studio or similar. 
• Coding experience with Python, R, or similar. 
• Other outstanding & measurable success examples in projects relevant to the Operations Specialist or similar role.
