Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Configuration:
    • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting.
    • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify business requirements and develop functional specifications.
    • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Provide training to system users and create user documentation.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM modules.
    • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all HCM-related queries.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
We are looking for

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
    • Proven track record of managing full-cycle HCM implementations.
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules and configurations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Work Structures.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
