This role is for someone who has actually run outreach campaigns, not just assisted or monitored them.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and running LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and bulk WhatsApp campaigns from scratch
- Building cadences, sequences, and automations
- Using tools for LinkedIn campaign automation and cold email campaign automation
- Managing multiple campaigns at the same time
- Tracking performance and showing real, measurable results
- Taking ownership. If something needs to be done, you make it happen
- Collaborating with the team and leading when needed
- Two or more years of hands-on experience running and designing similar campaigns
- Ability to prove campaigns have been successful
- Strong written communication skills. Outreach copy must convert
- Highly tech savvy with tools, platforms, and automation systems
- Comfortable building campaigns from zero, not working from pre-made templates
- Self-reliant, proactive, and impact-driven
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take the lead when required
- This is a high-impact role
- Results matter more than fixed working hours
- Working hours will switch between United States and Dubai time zones and are subject to change
