Role Overview:
Mint Source is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement across LinkedIn. This role involves crafting posts using AI-driven prompts, engaging with target audiences, and setting up qualified calls with prospects. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to support marketing efforts and generate pipeline through organic LinkedIn growth.
What You'll Do:
- Use pre-built AI prompts and assets to write and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Design basic post graphics using ChatGPT, TypingMind, or other AI-assisted tools.
- Actively engage with comments on company posts and interact with relevant posts from others to boost visibility.
- Identify and message potential leads via LinkedIn, nurturing conversations that lead to booked discovery calls.
- Monitor LinkedIn for post performance, follower growth, and community engagement.
- Use tools like Taplio, Notion (optional), and ChatGPT to support daily outreach and lead tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with broader marketing and sales strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–7 years of experience in LinkedIn-based appointment setting, lead generation, or social selling.
- Strong content writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn growth tactics, DM etiquette, and algorithm behavior.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, TypingMind, and Taplio.
- A general understanding of marketing concepts, especially advertising.
- Basic design knowledge for generating post graphics.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
- Full-time availability during 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Number of qualified, booked sales calls per week
- LinkedIn follower growth rate
- Daily comment engagement activity on posts
