We're looking for a proactive and strategic Outreach/Sales Specialist to help grow our global AI and education-focused podcast. Your role will focus on identifying and securing top-tier guests — from AI experts and educators to industry leaders and policymakers. If you have a background in sales, business development or partnerships with strong communication skills, and a talent for building meaningful relationships through email and outreach, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify high-profile individuals and emerging voices in AI, tech, business, and academia
- Craft compelling, personalized outreach emails and follow-ups to invite potential guests
- Leverage sales techniques to warm leads, overcome objections, and secure high-profile guests efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, their teams, and PR representatives
- Organize and track guest outreach pipeline using CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Manage scheduling and logistics for confirmed guests
- Work closely with the podcast host and production team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Track outreach effectiveness and suggest strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or outreach roles
- Excellent written communication skills—you write emails that get responses
- Comfortable pitching, following up, and building rapport with senior-level guests
- Familiarity with podcasts, media, or the tech/AI space is a big plus
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools, email automation, or LinkedIn outreach is a bonus.
