We’re currently looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our Paid Media department. This role will be based in our Karachi office (currently remote) and offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects with global brands.
Role Overview
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will be at the forefront of driving client success by blending technical digital marketing expertise with strategic leadership. Beyond managing campaigns, you will identify growth opportunities, cultivate client trust, and contribute to business development through insightful strategies and impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning and Strategy
- Design and implement multi-channel digital media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Optimize media investments across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Drive innovation by integrating the latest industry trends and technologies into client campaigns.
Client Leadership and Collaboration
- Act as the strategic partner for clients, offering insights to guide decisions and enhance performance.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships by understanding client challenges, goals, and market dynamics.
- Lead impactful presentations, including campaign strategies, performance reviews, and future recommendations.
Growth and Opportunity Development
- Leverage your understanding of client needs and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses that align with client visions and business objectives.
- Foster long-term partnerships by seamlessly integrating strategic and technical solutions into client engagements.
Performance Reporting & Budget Management
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring timely reconciliations and strategic resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Transform performance data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to guide decision-making and enhance transparency.
Team Collaboration and Innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns with precision and adherence to best practices.
- Share knowledge and mentorship within the team, championing a culture of innovation and learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating persuasive client-facing materials.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to align technical expertise with business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and craft impactful recommendations.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a commitment to continuous improvement.
