Job Responsibilities:
Shift: Night 8 PM – 4 AM
Must own a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection
- Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and incorporate the core values of the company
- Maintain swift responses to patients through phone calls
- Perform successful troubleshoot on patients products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions by explaining to patients the complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner
- Stay up to date by researching similar product symptoms to provide accurate solutions
- Making consent calls to the patients for medical services, addressing inactive patients and resolving patient complaints
- Conducting Insurance eligibility checks and prior authorizations of the patients by coordinating with the insurance companies
- Engage with the patients to assist them in installing and using Remote Medical Devices and connecting with tech support where needed.
- Carrying out back-office support activities for the clinics to address patient concerns
- Communicating with patients for appointments via calls, text messages and emails if required.
- Assisting relevant teams and stakeholders in establishing contact with the patients to provide preventive healthcare services
- Regularly reporting and supporting the team lead in carrying out above andor additional activities as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices
- Good at communication
- Fluent in English (American Accent)

- Proficiency in MS Office
