People And Culture Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic P&C Intern to support the People Experience tasks.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee experience programs.
• Assist in drafting internal communications related to HR initiatives and events and daily anniversary announcements
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving the overall employee experience.
• Provide administrative support to the People Experience team as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in HR)
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Quick learner with the ability to follow processes and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
