About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Pakistan. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to team leaders and managers, helping them drive team success by fostering an engaging, supportive, and high-performance culture. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a consistent and impactful company culture across our global locations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Advisory:
- Act as a strategic advisor to team leaders and managers, providing guidance on team leadership, employee engagement, and development.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Manager to ensure alignment of company culture across locations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, offering coaching and conflict-resolution support.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success and aligns with our culture and values.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and ensure effective hiring strategies.
Learning & Development:
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and career advancement.
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training programs, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Drive employee engagement activities that strengthen connection, morale, and performance.
- Develop programs and events that bring the team together, reinforce our core values, and foster team collaboration.
- Organize team fitness events such as group workouts, wellness challenges, or outdoor activities to promote both physical and mental well-being.
Payroll & Administration:
- Manage the payroll process for the Pakistan office, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle benefits administration, and all other HR administrative functions as required.
- Work closely with the Finance and HR teams to maintain records and generate reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
- 6+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
- Strong passion for people and creating positive, meaningful employee experiences.
- Proven experience in recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Proactive and creative, with a track record of generating innovative ideas and taking initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with the broader HR team.
