Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Lahore. Salary range is 50-90k per month. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, managing ad budgets, and developing strategies to increase ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to design engaging content and staying updated with industry trends to ensure the highest efficiency in marketing efforts.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or brand development
  • Solid understanding of brand building, marketing funnels, and audience targeting
  • Currently working with active brands or clients
  • Proven ability to grow a brand from the ground up
  • Strong skills in content planning, ideation, and execution
  • Comfortable with onsite work and team collaboration
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising skills
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Google Analytics, and A/B Testing
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns
  • Strong skills in Campaign Management and Budget Optimization
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in using marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
