What you will do
We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Planning Analyst to optimize warehouse and logistics operations by improving storage utilization, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment efficiency. This role requires leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS), data analytics, and process optimization techniques to reduce handling costs, enhance storage planning, and ensure timely order processing—all while maintaining compliance with company policies and service standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize warehouse layout, storage allocation, and material handling.
- Analyze warehouse and inventory data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Monitor stock movements, analyze variances, and address inventory discrepancies or fulfillment delays proactively.
- Collaborate with procurement and demand planning teams to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
- Work with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound goods flow.
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize fuel costs and reduce transit times.
- Partner with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
