About The Role

As a Planning & Performance Lead, you'll be developing dashboards to monitor KPIs, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with product teams to ensure strategy alignment. It also includes analyzing data for business insights and creating performance plans to achieve strategic goals and track results against benchmarks.

Job Responsibilities

• Dashboarding: Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to monitor KPIs and track progress.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes, implement process improvements, and measure the impact of changes.
• Product Liaison: Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and performance metrics.
• Business Insights: Analyze performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision making and drive business growth.
• Planning and Performance: Develop and execute performance management plans, set performance goals, and monitor performance against established benchmarks.
  
  
  

You must have

• 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations
• Experience in process improvement methodologies
