Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Strong command of DAX and Power Query (M language) for data modeling and transformation.
  • Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions).
  • Solid understanding of data warehouse structures, including star schema, fact, and dimension tables.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to translate business requirements into measurable insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design and develop data models using Power Query and DAX.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visual reports, and paginated reports in Power BI.
  • Optimize dashboard performance for efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Configure and manage data refresh schedules, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement row-level security (RLS) and maintain role-based access controls.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure alignment with source systems.
  • Document business logic, calculated measures, and transformation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data model, refresh, or connectivity issues.
  • Provide user training and support to business teams for effective dashboard usage.
  • Maintain version control and follow structured BI development workflows to ensure consistency and governance.
