Pre-Sales Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize sales materials, including proposals, RFPs, slide decks, and internal reusable assets.
• Draft, develop, and finalize responses to RFPs from clients.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify subject matter experts and coordinate their contributions for RFP responses.
• Review and ensure full compliance with RFP requirements to guarantee accurate and complete submissions.
• Conduct research on AI and data science applications across industries to support business development efforts.
• Research and identify potential target companies.
• Provide pre-sales support to Account Managers for deal closing and client outreach.
• Work with technical teams to gather relevant information for pitches.
• Manage internal team tasks and coordinate meetings to align goals and accelerate progress.
• Oversee the task tracking system to ensure deadlines are met and maintain transparency in progress.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in pre-sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with the RFP process.
• Knowledge of AI and data solutions, and how they add value to businesses.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly content.
• Good design sense and attention to aesthetics.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professionalism and strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience:

• Recent graduate with a business degree or a computer science degree with business electives from a top-tier university.
• Internship or 6+ months of experience in a sales role within an IT, data, or AI services firm preferred.
