About the Role:

As a Python Developer at KeepCoders, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust backend systems. This role requires a solid understanding of programming fundamentals and the ability to independently solve problems. We value self-learners who take initiative and are committed to mastering their craft.

Position Details:

• Position: Python Developer
• Experience: Fresh – 1 Year
• Location: PIA Society C Block, Johar Town (On-Site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build, test, and maintain APIs and CRUD operations for our applications.
• Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve backend issues efficiently.
• Version Control: Collaborate using tools like Git for code management and version control.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for projects and processes.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated on emerging Python technologies, libraries, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of core programming concepts.
• Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• APIs: Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to implement them.
• Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Education: A 4-year degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Self-Motivation: We expect candidates to be proactive, self-learners with a passion for backend development. If you lack the core basics of Python or programming fundamentals, we encourage you to build that foundation first before applying.

Preferred (but not Required) Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support full-stack development.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and working with task queues (e.g., Celery).
• Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest or UnitTest.
