Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio, acquiring new clients, and deepening relationships thorough frontline sales. it involves identifying new opportunities, handling client negotiations and selling products like credit cards, personal loans and mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on Asset Products i.e. Credit Cards, Mortgages, Personal Loans, & Easy Credit, SIMBA & Account upgrade From Personal to Premium, Premium to Priority Upgrade
  • Focusing on Employee Banking companies for cross selling Asset products
  • Optimizing business opportunities
  • Complete understanding of Scorecard for both Financial and Non-Financial Aspects
  • Awareness of all policies, procedures and regulations issued in relation to segment, money laundering prevention and treating customers fairly policy
  • Strong understanding on FATCA and policies related to sanction countries
  • Regular Client visits to acquire new clients
  • Lending products clearly to customers discussing their requirements and dealing with inquiries face to face and over the phone
