We are seeking an experienced IT procurement officer who is proficient in both hardware and software procurement and support, with a strong understanding of data entry and IT inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a role in IT procurement and assisting employees, ensuring data entry in ERP system, and maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Support: Handle daily requests for hardware maintenance and issuance.
  • Software Procurement: Handle software procurement requests, coordinate with stakeholders for delivery timeline.
  • Data Handling and posting in ERP system: Data handling and record keeping for daily inquiries and response to the stakeholders for completion of tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a detailed inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and other technology resources. Track asset, manage stock levels, and coordinate with IT as needed.
  • Helpdesk Support: Assistance to employees on both hardware and software issues. Respond to and resolve helpdesk requests.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware, software, data management, and inventory control.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Familiarity with inventory management software or asset tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of data entry and management best practices
  • Understating and experience of IT procurement
  • Knowledge of ERP System and Data management tools will plus points
