- Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for required goods and services.
- Request and compare quotations to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and supplier performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and plan purchases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends
