As a Producer or Director - AI Trainer, you'll leverage your expertise in producing and directing to mentor AI systems, enhancing their understanding of the intricacies and artistry involved in media creation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide AI models by demonstrating best practices in producing and directing for stage, television, radio, video, or film
  • Provide annotated examples of key creative decisions, including script interpretation, casting, set design, sound, special effects, and choreography
  • Exemplify outstanding written and verbal communication to model real-world collaboration and leadership in media production
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems accurately understand creative workflows and production logistics
  • Develop and evaluate scenario-based data to demonstrate problem-solving and creative decision-making
  • Offer insights and feedback to enhance AI learning processes and improve model precision in creative tasks
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative methodologies into AI training programs


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a producer or director in entertainment, information, or instructional media
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full production lifecycle from inception to delivery
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and teamwork
  • Proven leadership in managing creative teams and resources
  • Expertise in script interpretation, casting, and making critical creative decisions
  • Familiarity with production logistics, budget management, and technical workflows
  • Ability to simplify complex processes for instructional purposes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training or mentoring, particularly in technical or creative environments
  • Previous engagement in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and their impact on media production
