Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Computer Software/Hardware industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-centric products that enhance customer experience and drive business success. Your design solutions will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings and positioning us as a leader in the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and external users.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance product aesthetics and functionality.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality user-centric designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an agile team and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
