Product Designer - Bricks

Bricks Tech is a low-code and AI-first software development agency that specializes in building high quality web and mobile apps. We primarily work with US and Canadian based founders that are building venture capital backed businesses. In addition, our client roster includes small and medium enterprises that are deploying agentic solutions to automate their business processes.

Our team consists of startup founders turned builders, dedicated to moving fast, and thinking from a founder's perspective.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong product sense and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our on-site team. In this role, you'll combine hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities. You'll be part of a fast-moving product studio, working on launching and scaling apps for early-stage startups across various industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about crafting thoughtful user experiences and wants to grow into a product leadership role.

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Lead end-to-end project management for software and product development projects
• Drive deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Break down feature requests into user stories, wireframes, and product roadmaps
• Work closely with product, development, and business teams with a focus on leveraging AI and no-code/low-code platforms to translate ideas into actionable features
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Product Design, ideally in a software development agency or tech startup
• Compensation: 150,000 - 225,000 per month
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design
• Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies, including AI and no-code platforms e.g. Framer, Webflow, Lovable, etc.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus (like Jira, Trello)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
